What’s included in the rental?
All rentals include: ECE 22-06 approved and sanitized helmets, rain K-Way kit, smartphone holder, and liability insurance.
Free Ride rental: Vespas are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
Guided Tours rental: includes the RoadBook with detailed itineraries, maps with recommended stops, fuel, and—depending on the type of tour—either a wine tasting with BellaVespa’s partner wineries or a picnic basket to pick up along the way.
Vespa features
Modern 125cc Vespas equipped with ABS system.
Easy to ride, thanks to their automatic transmission.
Equipped with a USB port and approved for two passengers.
According to the latest Italian Highway Code regulations, Vespas are now allowed on highways and expressways.
Can children join a tour?
Children can travel as passengers with a parent starting from 5 years old.
We recommend that the child is tall enough to comfortably reach the footrests (about 100 cm / 3.3 ft).
Children must wear their own helmet, or you can inform us at the time of booking by providing the child’s head circumference so we can provide one.
What documents are required for rental?
A valid Category B driving license
A valid ID card or passport
What insurance is included?
The rental includes third-party liability insurance (RC), which also covers the passenger.
The client will be responsible for reimbursing BellaVespa for any damage caused to the scooter during the rental period.
At our office, you can choose an additional damage coverage option, which limits your liability to a maximum deductible of €500.

Pick-up & return times
We recommend picking up your Vespa, especially for tours, between 9:00 and 11:00 am.
Vespas must be returned to our office by 6:00 pm.
Half-day rentals are available starting from 2:30 pm.
Useful tips
Wear comfortable shoes, bring a jacket, and don’t forget your phone charger.
All Vespas are equipped with a USB charging port.
A power bank is available as an extra upon request.
Our itineraries and maps use Google Maps navigation for an easy, seamless experience, so we recommend having mobile data available.
